We have switched to fishing for striped bass the last few weeks and fishing has been good. We start the trip fishing for mackerel. After we catch enough mackerel we focus on turning the little fish into big fish. Fishing has been good.
We did run some offshore cod trips and got into some great action. Big market size fish.

Hi all, C.J. Victoria is getting ready for the fishing season. Our first trip starts off April 16th. We are running offshore for Cod and Haddock. This is a freezer filling type of trip. Time to get ready for the fishing season. I am at the Rod Building Expo in High Point NC. Now is the time to start to get your fishing gear ready for the spring. I will be coming home with a bunch of new equipment to build new custom rods. If you need any repairs or want a custom rod now is the time to plan on it.

Today we had great action fishing for Striped Bass in Boston Harbor. This is Massachusetts charter fishing at it’s finest. Get into the action while the action is HOT!
This weekend we had a hardy crew. It was the first time they Cod fished. High winds and rough seas made fishing challenging. The current was fast, the wind was strong and the boat was rocking. However, today persistence was the winner. As soon as the crew got the technique down fish started coming over the rail. Every fish they caught they worked for. Nice job guys.
Cod fishing continues to be good on Stellwagen Bank. The action is starting to show nice size Cod. Early morning is the time for the bite. As you see the flounder fishing has started in Boston. Some nice fish are coming over the rail. Get into the action while the fishing is good.
